epub and .pdf-picture

Creating epubs has been disabled, because it seems not to be able to handle the Debian-OpenLogo.pdf in the title page.

The change from png to pdf was made to include a vector graphic (instead of pixels).

Maybe it is a solution to change or delete the code line (in title.tex) before creating the epub.
