Add subsections about ppc64el page size

The default memory page size changed for ppc64el, and this won't work for everyone.

  • Add a subsection of "Upgrading your kernel and related packages" explaining why this changed and when it might be necessary or preferable to install the alternate package to stick with 64 kiB pages.

  • Add an item to "Issues to be aware of ..." explaining why QEMU currently doesn't work by default and how to fix this.
