Alioth SSO users may be losing the ability to log in

There are 75 users who used Alioth SSO.

If their client cert expires between now and the end of the conference, they'll need someone to manually set a random password for them.

Then they can use the password reset form: https://debconf18.debconf.org/accounts/password/reset/ (it doesn't work if you don't have a password)
