Company and group Invoicing

Some ideas for group invoices after chatting with @laney:

1. A field in the registration form for naming an entity to invoice (probably unrelated to the rest of this ticket)
2. A model for groups - users can register one, without registering for the conference. They are assigned a key that users can use to get their invoice added to the group.
