Invoice layout reference to DC18

On the invoice there are some bugs:

On the top is wrote DebConf18 instead of DebConf19
On the right side is wrote Hsinchu instead of Curitiba.
on the column Reference is wrote DC18-LUNCH instead of DC19-LUNCH
On the description column is wrote DebConf18 instead of DebConf19

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
