add a consent form on reporting the atendees list to dc24 government sponsors
For DC24 sponsorship programs by South Korean government agencies, we need to collect consent from atendees.
I don't know how to add a form, but I prepared the text for the form. Feel free to modify.
Please provide your consent, for helping us to fund the conference, to submit a few of your information as a conference participant in reports on sponsorship provided to South Korean government agencies. Your information will only be used for the purpose of proving the number of conference attendees to the South Korean government agency that sponsored the conference.
The amount of the sponsorship depend on the total number of participants and the number of foreign participants of the event, so submitting your information is especially important if you are not Korean. You are not required to agree, but your consent will be a great help for us organizing the conference.
Your affiliation is for confirming that you are not already living in Korea or employed by a Korean company (in this case you are not counted as a foreigner). And in most cases, you will not receive any mail to the email address you submitted, except in a rare event that our sponsorships are in suspect of fraud and get inspected.
