Food allergies an special requirements as checkboxes

For handling the list of food allergies and other requirements, it would be easier to have a set of checkboxes, instead of the single "Details of my special dietary needs" text input.

Something like this would help:

Select from the list the ingredients that cause you allergies or that must not be part of the proposed meals. Please note, these are requirements, not preferences.
