Add a note on the user's main page if the dates aren't final

When the registration dates aren't marked as final, there is no indication on the main page that something still needs to be done. Maybe a note could be added suggesting to confirm those dates (mentioning the deadline, if one has been set).

Similarly, a note could be added for the need to do final confirmation (maybe more loudly if it's urgent).

I don't know if there are other cases where the system expects the user to do something without showing this on the main page (when a bursary needs to be accepted, this is shown on the main page).
