Collapse left sidebar sooner on this bug tracker

When I browse issues like dc18#31 the left side panel covers up 1/4 of the screen, until about two seconds later, when it finally slides back to its 1/20th of the screen state.

Sure, you might not notice it with the fastest hardware and networks, but for the rest of us, we are left staring at the left side panel covering up content that we could have already started reading earlier.
