Create a list of voctocore command presets we can use for DC20@Home

If we're to use voctoweb for DC20, we'll need to come up with a list of voctocore commands presets we can use, as the interface is much simpler than voctogui.

At the moment we have 4 sources:

• Loop
• Grabber (IRC, Gobby, something being grabbed)
• Recording
• Jitsi

These are the presets I'm proposing we use:
