number of cores gets misdetected by sreview role

The sreview role is supposed to detect the number of cores (not threads, cores) on a system and set the number of available slots for both queues on those systems.

At debconf22, storage, a system with 12 cores (and 24 threads) was somehow misdetected as a dual-core system.
