Nageru: Config & Sources

Nageru config: Handle sources that haven't connected yet.

Trying to render a missing source would result in an obtuse colorspace mismatch error.

Ideally we want some kind of missing source fallback (black?) input. But that needs more work.

Also, hook up some kind of ingest thing in the new devices role.
