Semi-automated sync to vittoria

At the moment, there is no clear way to sync files to vittoria, since you need a privileged ssh key to connect to it.

We don't want to put one of those key on the local voctomic (or local storage server) machine in case it's compromised.

@ivodd proposed we use a cloud machine to set up a tunnel from vittoria to the local storage machine.
