Add script to build sponsor loop

This MR adds a script to build the sponsor loop out of a series of PNG files with a fade-in in between the slides.

The script itself is kinda ugly and should eventually be replaced by something more clean, but for the moment, It Just Works ™.

I refactored the documentation to include instruction on how to use this in !12
