salsa SSO?

It might be useful to integrate with salsa SSO.

This would allow:

• tracking who does review (and send that to contributers.debian.org)
• giving easy access to the admin interface

To avoid salsa specific code, an apache module could be used to do the auth, and sreview could just use the relevant apache env var

Obviously, this is a low priority issue
