document procedure for manually editing talks

Sometimes, the recording of a talk needs to be edited manually.

It would be nice to have documentation that explains how this can be done:

• how to get the input file (preferrably the result of the cutting process, without title slides)
• what tool to use
• how the edited video should be encoded
• how the resulting video can be injected back into sreview
