show that an a/v sync offset was added on preview page

When selecting that the audio and video are not in sync, the preview page should show that there is already an a/v sync value in the db if that's the case. This avoid confusion if the sync was caused by a wrong offset entered by a previous reviewer instead of a recording issue. We had this due to #16
