Make sure that for moc, cds, and units, the internal versions are used. They
differ significantly from the one provided by the Debian package.

For Healpix, use the Debian version: I checked that the differences
are only marginal and only (potential) bugfixes.

Added the (almost) complete output from the hipsgen and mocgen help.

The applet help was removed since this is irrelevant for the command
line usage of the program.
