• Drop unnecessary dependency on dh-autoconf. (useless-autoreconf-build-depends)
• Remove obsolete fields Name from debian/upstream/metadata.
• Update standards version to 4.4.1, no changes needed. (out-of-date-standards-version)
• Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Submit, Repository, Repository-Browse.
