interpolation: add different border modes for resampling · 833d01d1
      Edouard Gomez authored
Resampling assumes pixels outside the image borders are extrapolated using
      nearest pixel information.

I added the necessary code to support all usual modes:
       - replication/nearest (actual mode)
       - mirror
       - wrap
       - clamp (special mode where outside pixels are just ignored)

However the mode is compile time chosen. I did not see any usecase for
exposing this as a parameter in the resampling API.

      Changes:
       - extended clip function with newer modes
       - kernel upsampling/downsampling functions compute/return the norm only
         when requested.
       - the planner uses scratchpad for upsampling too
       - the planner computes the kernel norm itself (necessary for clamp mode)
