Fix some issues reported by lintian

• Update lintian override info format in d/xrdp.lintian-overrides on line 5. (mismatched-override)
• Remove 21 obsolete maintscript entries in 1 files.
• Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)
• Update renamed lintian tag names in lintian overrides. (renamed-tag)
• Set upstream metadata fields: Repository.
• Remove obsolete field Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
