What will this instance be used for, who will be the target audience?

I want to migrate https://fabre.debian.net/ from FOSSHOST. Target audience are Debian contributor (including Debian Maintainer), or Debian Developer who want to find untouched bugs.

Who will maintain this service? Will it be team maintained?

I will (kenhys@debian.org). Currently no intend to organize team maintained state. (It is still an experimental service with continuously improved, what I want)

What will you use for backups?

I will use rsync.net. (not yet)

Will you be adding this service to https://wiki.debian.org/Services along with a service page under that name space? (this is not essential, but see this as a reminder to do so if appropriate for the service)

Even though these instances aren't maintained by DSA, we require you to agree to the Debian Machine Usage Policy at https://www.debian.org/devel/dmup since the same restrictions apply. If you're a Debian Developer, then you have already agreed to these as part of the NM process. If you're not a Debian Developer, please state that you agree to the DMUP here.
