Fixing FTBFS, reported as #996130. In total, 3 problems are fixed:

  • missing include -- reported in #996130 -- 20e3e51f
  • capn removed class in newer version, so version check was wrong -- 045baedf
  • missing include to in some unit test. -- c1a9cf1d
