Update to new upstream version 20230125.2

Package new upstream version. Used uupdate and then manually updating the master branch by rm and cp to replace upstream files. It's be nice to document the update process in debian/README.source as it is different from the most common gbp layout (master, upstream and pristine-tar branches).
