Fix some issues reported by lintian

• Use secure URI in debian/watch.
• Set upstream metadata fields: Archive, Repository. (upstream-metadata-file-is-missing)
• Fix day-of-week for changelog entry 1.0.0-1. (debian-changelog-has-wrong-day-of-week)
• Update standards version to 4.6.2, no changes needed. (out-of-date-standards-version)
