Rule update

This merge request contains a whole bunch of rule updates. These rules have been tested in my ansible-driven installation of aide on ~ 50 Debian servers. I have not tested those rules from the Debian package. I guess there might be copy&paste errors or other errors, which is the reason I am filing this as a merge request. Please feel free to merge, but do it wisely.

I have updated the branch since filing the merge request. Make sure that all commits are merged.
