Add simple smb-based DEP8 test

Hello,

this is a simple DEP8 smb-based test that I added to the ubuntu package while fixing https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/backuppc/+bug/1576187 for older releases. The bug itself is already fixed upstream and in Debian, but I found this dep8 test useful because it will catch similar regressions in the future.
