Drop dependency on obsolete dbus-glib

  • d/patches: Add patch to fix the build without libdbus-glib-1-dev

  • d/control: Replace Build-Depends on libdbus-glib-1-dev with libglib2.0-dev

    Loosely based on an earlier patch from Kentaro Hayashi.

This builds successfully in sbuild, and the built packages are identical to a build from source without this change (checked with diffoscope). The autopkgtest still passes. Not otherwise tested.
