Install Debcraft library files in /usr/share/debcraft (Closes: #1077259)

Otto Kekäläinen requested to merge otto/debcraft:bugfix/1077259-incomplete-install into main

Rename DEBCRAFT_INSTALL_DIR into DEBCRAFT_LIB_DIR and use it to refer to the src/ directory of the project with all the runtime dependencies of Debcraft (kind of shell script library files).
