Update social contract flyers to v1.2

Agathe Porte requested to merge gagath/debian-flyers:update-sc-to-1.2 into master

The Italian version could not be updated, because social_contract.wml is not up-to-date with the latest SC v1.2 in the webwml repo, and because I do not speak Italian to readproof the changes.

The template has been adjusted to use a smaller font for the version.
