Explicitly mention the package name in Chapter 4. Tool Setups

Thanks for your well-documented guide!

In Chapter 4: Tool Setups, the guide does not explicitly mention the package names for git, mc, and quilt.

Would it be possible to explicitly mention these package names, as is done for other commands (e.g. build-essential, devscripts, sbuild, git-buildpackage, etc.)?
