Extend the gbp.conf example to be more complete at default level

Otto Kekäläinen requested to merge otto/debmake:feature/more-complete-gbp.conf into main

This is ready to be merged now. There was no additional feedback so far, and the contents is aligned with https://salsa.debian.org/debian/dh-make/-/blob/master/lib/debian/gbp.conf.ex, so it should be all good for default template use.
