Fix uscan: Upstream can track version 2.1 or above

The goal is to fix the uscan that stays the old version, but instead it can now track the latest version that version 2.1 is now released months ago, to make sure it will track the new version possible.

You can check my changes if it is correct, or you can correct this changes if you want to add the options in uscan.
