scripts/debrebuild.pl: use field_parse_binary_source from next dpkg release

the next dpkg release will include a function for parsing the Source field: https://git.dpkg.org/cgit/dpkg/dpkg.git/diff/?id=15a70e502

I'll finalize this MR once that dpkg version is in unstable.
