debchange: Adopt for 'LTS Team' in favor of 'LTS Security Team'

Update d/changelog NMU entry to be just * Non-maintainer upload by the LTS Team., instead of "LTS Security Team".

This is to avoid blurring the line with the Debian Security team.

As discussed in the last LTS team meeting on 2026-04-23, consensus was to just use the "LTS Team" in favor of "LTS Security Team" and/or "ELTS [Security] Team", to have a single, simple line that can be used everywhere without thinking too much about it.
