git-deborig: new options, new --force alias, terminology fix

Merged Sean Whitton requested to merge (removed):git-deborig-new-options into master

git-debrebase, soon to be released in the dgit package, wants to re-use git-deborig's algorithm. It needs two new options to do that, --just-print and --version. This MR adds those new options, in addition to a minor terminology fix and an option alias.
