chdist: src2bin should use chosen dist configuration

The chdist "src2bin" command is currently using the system package cache rather than that of the chosen dist. This results in failures where packages don't exist in the distribution used on the system and presumably can return invalid results where the chosen distribution splits up a package differently. Cause src2bin to utilise the chosen distributions configuration.
