I can't understand which a commit corresponds to the version 0.6.27+nmu7
so I'm making a new one with all files taken from unstable repository.

0.6.21+nmu6 merging is now complete.

ja.po, eu.po, se.po from 2012; rest from 0.6.21+nmu6.

to comply with Debian's translation team workflow.

Thanks Gunnar Wolf <gwolf@gwolf.org> for raising the issue and submitting
a patch at Mon, Jun 18 2012. Applied it with modifications to account for
intermediate code base change and to make btw the help screen look closer
to the format typical commandline utilities use.

Also update the Debian news and copyright files.

quilt 3.0 format. Change dependencies in the control file to allow building
for both the old and new ruby packaging policy (set new policy as default).

A side effect of the above is the spinoff of a reausable by other packages
maintainer scripts library.

Change stylesheets to enhance visual appearance of the pages.
