Give a hint on why dput thinks a package has already been uploaded

This bit me recently, because I uploaded a package, which got rejected because my uid wasnt in dm acl for the package and after that was fixed, I tried uploading again and the current wording led me to believe that there is something on the ftp-master side that needs to be resolved - but of course, that wasn't the case 😀
