Fix some issues reported by lintian

  • Update lintian override info format in d/source/lintian-overrides on line 2-8. (mismatched-override)
  • Drop unnecessary dependency on dh-autoreconf.
  • Remove obsolete field Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
