autoremoved from testing due to not one, not two, but three RC bugs

Additionally anything linking against libcollectdclient1 pulls in (via
Recommends) 200 binary packages including Gtk, OpenJDK, bind9, ceph, ...
A wishlist bug (Bug#933296) has been filed to change this.

I currently don't see much gain in collectd integration in
freeradius-utils, so drop it for now

This will allow us to catch regressions easier by making the
overall status meaningful.
