Really update to 7.2

Guido Günther requested to merge agx/gcovr:update-7.2 into master

This pulls in 7.2 instead of 3.2. CI will fail as the upstream and pristine-tar branches need updates too. If this looks o.k. let me know and I'll push these to this repo.
