Hi,

I wanted to test the latest goaccess, so here is a merge request for updating to 1.3 (+ a few minor things).

I took the liberty to add myself to the uploaders in this case, but anyway I need a sponsor, so please review, and upload if it's ok for you (and you're welcome to drop me from the uploaders, I mainly did this for my own repos and to make lintian happy).
