Update tests/gsasl-dovecot-gssapi.sh for dovecot 2.4

Noah Meyerhans requested to merge noahm/gsasl:debian/latest into debian/latest

This change updates tests/gsasl-dovecot-gssapi.sh for compatibility with dovecot 2.4 and bumps the minimum dovecot version in debian/tests/control.

Note that autopkgtest will still fail at the moment because of Dovecot bug 1104549
