Harec 0.25.2

Guilherme Puida Moreira requested to merge puida/harec:debian/latest into debian/latest

Some notes:

  • Imported the new upstream version with --upstream-vcs-tag, but I'm fine with not including upstream commits as well.
  • I talked to @terceiro during DebConf, and the Break/Replaces idea came from him.
  • I changed the Vcs-Git location to the pkg-hare-team salsa group, but we can use either this or the one that @bandali created (hare-team).
  • Harec and hare should be uploaded at the same time.
  • blhc fails, and I think we should probably just disable it.

I would also ask to actually make the upload: I want to test debusine :^)
