hinawa-utils package blocks introduction of libhinawa 4.0 package to Ubuntu 24.04

I'm sorry to address to an issue in the other distribution project, however let me discuss about how to solve the issue.

As you know, I abandoned hinawa-utils, and use my time for snd-firewire-ctl-services. The hinawa-utils' dependency includes libhinawa 2.6 or before, while the latest version of libhinawa is version 4.0. The introduction of libhinawa 4.0 package breaks hinawa-utils package. It is the center of issue.

I talk to ubuntu developer and got an answer about the issue. According to it, we need to decide how to handle hinawa-utils package in Debian project. https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-jp/2024-January/006648.html

In my opinion, the simplest way is to eliminate hinawa-utils package. However, it brings inconvenience to users somehow. I would like your opinion about it.
