Release new version 3.a2.ds2-10.1

!4 (merged) / #1066662 is waiting since >3 months for feedback / upload from the maintainer, I'm therefore planning to NMU this now to get hping3 back into Debian/testing so we have a chance to see the package with upcoming Debian trixie stable release.
