refresh package

Konstantin Demin requested to merge rockdrilla-guest/krb5:wip-package-refresh into master

Brief overview:

  • enable build hardening
  • fix arch:all build (make it much less depend on arch:any)
  • support "terse" tag in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS
  • properly call dh_strip
  • simplify stage1 (no ldap) build options
  • krb5-static-libs: build and package static libs
  • cosmetic changes (whitespaces, formatting, code remnants)
