Cherry-pick an upstream patch to fix the build against OpenSSL3

Simon Chopin requested to merge schopin/krb5:openssl3-build into experimental

The patch had been identified a few months ago by hartmans in LP: #1945795, and I have confirmed it is needed by building the package against OpenSSL3 in this PPA:
