Toward libhinawa v2.0.0 release

Hi,

I'm planning to release libhinawa v2.0.0. Yes, the new release loses backward compatibility again as well as v1.0.0 release. The master branch[1] already includes changes up to v2.0.0 and some global symbols are removed, especially HinawaFwUnit is dismissed. To assist your work, I also prepare the topic/debian branch[2] which includes debian stuffs for the new release but it's not fixed yet.

I'm working for final check of the new release. I'll release it a few days later and notice it to start debian packaging.
